CSI: Miami is an American police procedural series created by Anthony E. Zuiker, Carol Mendelsohn and Ann Donahue for CBS, co-produced for its first six seasons with the Canadian company Alliance Atlantis. It ran from September 23, 2002 to April 8, 2012 for ten seasons. It is a spin-off of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and spun-off: CSI: NY.
